The breakfast was a delightful surprise; The Mediterranean spread was a refreshing change from typical hotel fare, featuring delicious peynir, abundant vegetables, and olives. It brought a taste of home to my mornings, akin to the fresh flavors I savor in my hometown of Kathmandu. The attentive chef, a gem of a lady, also crafted various omelettes upon request, accommodating our children's preferences impeccably. The dining atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff, especially at reception, ensured a seamless experience. I appreciated their green initiatives, cleaning upon request, which aligned with my eco-tourism advocacy. The hotel's location in the Nisantasi neighborhood made exploring Istanbul's culinary scene effortless, adding to a well-rounded stay. I would consider returning for the unique dining experiences alone.
